On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a spacious living area, tastefully furnished and equipped with an openable sofa/bed of one and a half squares, perfect for relaxing or hosting an additional guest. Completing this level is a modern bathroom, equipped with a large shower and all the necessary accessories to ensure maximum comfort.

Going up to the second floor, you will find a bright and airy bedroom, furnished with a double bed and two single beds. The room is fully equipped with sheets, pillows, blankets, two trolley rests, a spacious closet, bedside tables and pull-out desks. The finishing touch is provided by the lovely little balcony overlooking the entrance, ideal for enjoying a moment of relaxation in the cool, evening.

The building is located right in the center, in a very well served and strategic location. Within walking distance you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, the post office, a cinema, an arena for outdoor performances, the City Hall, the theater, stores of all kinds, restaurants, pizzerias, sandwich shops, and numerous leisure initiatives organized by the City. This prime location will allow you to fully experience city life without having to rely on transportation.

The house has independent Wi-Fi with ultra-fast fiber, a flat-screen TV for entertaining moments, and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast and cook comfortably: a coffee maker with waffles, a kettle, a toaster, pots, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, and garbage cans for recycling garbage. Every detail has been taken care of to provide you with a carefree stay.

The house is air conditioned everywhere, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment in every season. You will also have ample free public parking in the immediate vicinity, making your commute even more convenient.

Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach beautiful golden beaches and a crystal clear sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea. Avola is a well-served town, with a highway exit at the entrance to the city, a train station, buses and convenient connections to the airports of Catania (75 km) and Comiso (90 km).

To ensure a peaceful stay without surprises, certain conditions are attached: no pets are allowed, cancellation is free within 5 days before arrival, the house is air-conditioned, and a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required. Discounts are given for stays without refund/early cancellation and for stays of 7 consecutive nights or more. Or of 14 consecutive nights or more.

To facilitate families: children up to 10 years old are free of charge; a folding high chair and crib for small children are available upon request.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and can be done with the owner or independently by picking up the key from an outside safe with combination. Check-out must be by 11:00 a.m., leaving the key on the table on the ground floor and closing the small door on the way out. You are required to communicate your arrival and departure time at the time of booking.
